Jill also offers custom tailored, private Hatha Yoga sessions at Marina Walk. The yoga practice will be structured for your specific needs and for your schedule.Sessions can be done in person at Marina Walk or Online.Begin with an introductory, 1 hour, one-on-one session. The fee is $75

About Jill Silverberg

Jill has a long and extensive career in fitness and wellness. As director of fitness for the YMCA, she hired and trained all group fitness staff and she designed and produced community fitness outreach programs.As a Certified Yoga Instructor and a Certified Fitness Trainer, Jill has taught yoga, high impact cardio aerobics, low impact aerobics, dance aerobics, step aerobics, body sculpting, strength training, core strengthening, physio ball training, Bosu balance training, cardio kickboxing, functional fitness, senior aerobics, and Silver Sneakers.
